Bringing MAGIC to
Your Classroom
The 16 Classroom Activities Under 10mins are a library of play-based movements designed specifically for 2-7 year-old children in kindergarten and prep.
Created by a paediatric physiotherapist (Me :)), these activities draw on my experience running martial arts programs, Ninja Warrior–style classes, and digital movement programs for children of all abilities. Every activity is grounded in evidence-based Fundamental Movement Skills, carefully designed to prepare children not just for sport, but for school readiness, confidence, and everyday function.
These Classroom Activities are built for educators who want intentional, skill-building movement, not just pressing play on Cosmic Yoga.
If you’re thinking:
“I’ve had enough of people telling me to do movement breaks without telling me what to actually do.”
“I want movement ideas for my students but I don’t have the time to plan them.”
“I don’t know what play-based activities I can do that actually build foundations.”
Then this Resource is for you.
